How long does a repair typically take?
Common repairs, such as screen and battery replacements, typically take under 30 minutes. More complex repairs may require additional time. We will provide you with an estimated wait time when scheduling your appointment.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we currently operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure the best service for our customers. You can easily schedule an appointment online, by phone, or via email.
What are your hours of operation?
Our dedicated business hours are currently Wednesdays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, appointments can still be scheduled outside of these hours. Please use the link below to check availability. We offer same-day appointments in half-hour time slots
What can I expect after booking an appointment online?
After you book your appointment, we will reach out to confirm that we have the necessary parts in stock. If the required parts are not available, we will promptly order them. For expedited service, we offer a next-day shipping option for an additional $10.00 to cover shipping costs
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept debit and credit cards for your convenience. We plan to offer cash payments soon.

Our building is located in between Wessels & Wilk Funeral Home and NOXX,
Parking is available in the front of the building and the back.
Our suite is located on the lower level of the building.
